This is a top quality restaurant that serves multi-course meals with paired wines and, of course, their own on-site grown herbs. It is quite expensive but the prices are justified.
Definitely a five star in everything. They serve a nine-course dinner with paired wines at a single seating each night. They serve a seasonal-themed dinner - usually the same menu for two or three weeks or so. Enjoy a tour of the herb gardens with a glass of wine before the amazing dinner. Meals are about $250 per person. Holiday dinners are more. A great experience.
