Excellent service experience.
Nicole, Paul and the rest of the team here are the 5/5. They resolved a mysterious squeak in my v90cc, that turned out to be an issue with cam seals covered under a TSB/TJ by Volvo. The dealership has employed an AI / automated scheduler, and it’s clearly slamming their service department. My car was gone a week, and as one of my primary vehicles for children, a loaner would have been great. Service reps are excellent. Colin, in particular, goes out of his way to make certain you understand the service to be done and any charges. I had schedule a loaner but was surprised that it ended up being an Enterprise rental. That and that it took 3 days for a routine 30k maintenance were not what I’ve grown accustomed to at Herb Chambers.
Complete lack of communication! Dropped off car for scheduled service with their app telling me we are working on your car and it should be ready by 5pm. No other communication until I called at 5:30pm and left a voicemail for my service person and no response. Called at 8am the next day and she told me they hoped to get the car in today. When I told her that I had left a message for her the response was I haven’t checked my messages yet.
