We were looking for a low mileage Lexus SUV and found it at Herb Chambers Volvo. We felt at ease with sales rep Aimee Nitschke. She answered all our questions about the vehicle and did not pressure us to make the sale. We had a couple demands and she made sure they were done. She even had the car delivered as we were 20 miles from the dealership. All in all it was a painless process.
Rafic at the Volvo ship was fantastic. This is my first Volvo. Never any pressure, very quick to reply to questions, honest and open up front with all my concerns on costs, repairs, etc. He had a lot of options to what I was looking for. Not once did I ever feel like I was getting the stereotypical ‘car salesman’ treatment. I admit, I never went out looking for a Volvo, Rafic made me glad I finally did.
Rafic was amazing and great to work with. He is knowledgeable and very helpful.
