10 star sales staff and manager. They actually drive the car to my home before I made any purchase so I could view the vehicle while I was recovering from a procedure. No sales pitches, no pressure. A very pleasant experience.
Very bad experience. Lies and they simply didn’t care about selling me a car or find the car I wanted. The General Mgr was a jerk. Oh well we bought our 2025 XC60 not too far from them. Bernardi Volvo in Natick, that’s where you want to go!
Great experience with Stephen from the first time i walked into the dealership. Very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the Volvo experience. Answered all of my questions and checked in with me constantly to keep me informed. Highly recommend Herb Chambers Volvo and Stephen.
