Horrible service. They used to be great. No callbacks with car status, I had to chase them for an update, the phones not working and getting routed to the Lincoln dealership next door, my call sent back to Volvo then back in the loop again to a mailbox that was full and could not leave a message. Text messages go unanswered to my Volvo contact and then after a day of no response I hear from someone that my contact was off that day. The story goes on and on… good luck.

Excellent experience all around. From the reception, to sales and service, to the financial department, the whole car buying experience was well explained without pressure and with my wife and my comfort always in mind. So we painlessly bought a Volvo and I would absolutely do it again!
