I have been servicing my vehicle for 3 years at Herb Chambers Lincoln Norwood location. Service Advisor, Robert Clark, is great. Very friendly and personable. So far I have received great service.
I bought a Lincoln here two months ago and the service experience has been terrible. Two no show pickups for my service appointment and can’t even get an advisor on the phone. Do not recommend
The service department at Herb Chambers Lincoln is outstanding! Rob Clark stepped up to the plate when I needed my car repaired within 24 hours. He was able to accommodate me. Very happy with the service.
