I own a 21 Nautilus and lease a 24 for my wife. We’ve always had great service both at the dealership’s service department and service’s van that comes to the house.
I dropped my car off yesterday and listed the factory problem. No one has attended to the car since yesterday, and when I call, they keep telling me they will give me an update, but they never reach me. I have a device in the car, and apparently, they haven't even moved the car since yesterday. This was the second time I’ve had my car serviced here. This time I dealt with Robert Clark. He was excellent. Communication was remarkable. Service over the top!!! I spotted a little rusting on bottom inside of drivers side door and he had prepped and repainted no questions asked. The pickup and drop off of the loaner car is fantastic! Jason was awesome last year and Robert was just as professional. Thanks to the team at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. Top Notch!!!
