So i had a really great experience with Jeffrey. He valued my time and helped me decide on what to get. Very nice guy and he helped me decide on which model to get with the features I needed. It was a nice experience and they really worked with me and we came to an agreement very fast! First lincoln I've ever bought so im excited to see what it can do!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. While I understand that my financing situation may have made the loan process more complicated, I was concerned by the pressure to purchase additional warranty coverage. It was a great experience from my salesman to the finance department. They got me the vehicle that I wanted and the monthly payment I was looking for. They are also fixing the little issues that I brought up in purchasing the vehicle with no hesitation at all.
Excellent customer service. My MKC was taken care of on time. A thorough inspection was made for all of my concerns. Job well done.
