I worked with Patrick from the service department. He was kind enough to accommodate me for a walk-in. They took the car in promptly, addressed the issue I had with a noisy cabin blower. They diagnosed the issue as a leaf getting stuck in the blower motor and were able to quickly fix it. I was in and out in maybe an hour. The car was also washed which is always appreciated. I would come back to Herb Chambers in Sharon for all my service needs and would also definitely ask for Patrick as my service advisor.

Came for 10k service which includes an oil change. Get in the car and notice there’s no mileage sticker on the windshield?? Check the dipstick and confirm it’s the same spent oil I drove in with. I was told someone would contact me the following day since the oil change was clearly stated on the service paperwork. They also cleared the maintenance flag on the dash so they were in the car. Not happy with my experience here. They took 18 days to fix a rattle in my car. On the test drive to see if the rattle was fixed another rattle was found in a different location and they said they couldn't do anything about it. This is a brand new Lexus TX with about a thousand miles on it! Then I got home and noticed that they scratched my dashboard on the painted surface in multiple places and didn't say anything about it to me.
