I was very happy with Talisa and how she did fact-finding on what I needed for my visit to Herb Chambers. It was very thorough. I got updates as the work was continuing. I received a video of the undercarriage inspection, which was very nice to see. They also texted me a copy of the bill. I could pay right online if I wish to or pay with Talisia in the end. Overall, a very good experience with Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingahm .
