Absolutely the best service, amazing communication from beginning to end for my girlfriend‘s car.
Worst experience ever. It took over a month to purchase a car, with cash. There was no direct communication no one was proactive in moving things forward. I had to reach out and ask what the next steps were and verify wire, receiving of docs etc. I can’t tell you how many times I heard “oh well we’re busy” “it’s the month end” “I’ll have to look at my email.” Then when I made arrangements to pick the car up it was damaged.
