Jeff Haines and his team Brendon is completely useless i just spent $185 to diagnose a recall and the independent mechanic a former employee said cau of the recall and mine being broken the should tow my car, give me a comp car and guess what I got nothing... I will be ripping you on ever review site available and will not be buying another Range Rover due to your lack of competency skills. Brendon should be terminated. Terrible service response times and downright criminal pricing. Repairs cost more than what the car was worth.
I took my dad’s car in for an annual service. Everything was explained to me in terms easy enough for me to understand and all done timely. Huge thank you to Jeff and the entire service department for taking care of everything for me.
I had an excellent experience from my customer service agent Brendan. He went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were taken care of and I’m completely satisfied with the service I received keep up the good job Brendan.
