★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience and zero communication Extremely disappointed with Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. They are great at selling EV cars, but no one bothers to tell you that they don’t actually do EV service on-site. I booked an appointment through their automated AI scheduling system for the 8K maintenance on my Niro EV. When I drove over to drop off my car, I was informed that they don't even have an EV technician on-site. I was there for 3.5 hours for an oil change. I had to keep asking for an update and she mentioned that all of the technicians were pulled to work on another problem. Yet, other people had come and gone while I was there. Then she only offered $25 off the total. Will not be back.
We had a great experience purchasing a car here. John was the salesman we worked with and he managed to make the process very easy. He was fair and open about each step and took extra time explaining different options and features to make sure I ended up with the car that was right for me. He will be my first stop in 3 years when my lease is up without question.
My experience with the service department at Kia of Burlington was unacceptable from start to finish. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready by Monday. Instead, I received zero communication or updates for an entire week, and the car wasn't actually ready until late the following Wednesday—a full 7 days later for a repair that should have taken minimal time.
