I called and "spoke" to AI and made an appointment to replace my Kia's broken antrnna. A day before appointment i got a call from service asking why I was coming in, that AI just noted it as "Job". When I told what I was coming in for, I sadly learned a tech would need to review first and thst the part was not available anyway. That was not what I had planned for the day. Your AI needs to be enhanced.
Been coming to Burlington Kia for a long time now after my experience at another local Kia was not the best. All the service staff is great! Michael specifically has been helping me out a great deal. He is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough
