Drew was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the car we were test driving, and was extremely helpful when it came to working with our insurance. He made sure that everything was done in a timely manner and even stayed late for us! He was also very relatable and friendly. I highly recommend this location.
Honestly, charged me so much for ridiculous things like checking the battery $300. Telling me why the LED didn’t work for $1000 but replacement was $4000 (still not sure what’s wrong).

Updates from my previous review: Over the past three months, I have brought my vehicle in multiple times for the same water leak issue, and despite waiting a total of nearly two months, the problem has still not been fully resolved. While the affected area is now smaller, the leak continues to occur during low-temperature conditions, which clearly indicates that the root cause was never properly addressed. Jeff runs an incredibly efficient and professional service department. He’s a great guy, never too busy to find a solution to your problem. Really unusual these days to be able to count on an auto Service department, but his leadership is fantastic and appreciated.
