Jeff runs an incredibly efficient and professional service department. He’s a great guy, never too busy to find a solution to your problem. Really unusual these days to be able to count on an auto Service department, but his leadership is fantastic and appreciated.
Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan!
