It was a Saturday afternoon that I noticed some lights on the dashboard of my beautiful Honda rideline 2025 and I went to Herb chamber Honda in Dorchester Massachusetts and I explained what was going on and that I live around one hour away and they help me and took my car and I waited for a out 3 hours but they did the oil change and something else, the total bill was about $300 , unfortunately the same day I got a text that another honda dealer was giving me a coupon for oil change for $39.99....but in general im very happy... read more
Horribly slow and does not matter if you setup and appointment or not. A 30 min job always turns into a 3h/next day job here. Unhelpful agents.
Herb Chambers provides excellent automotive service and ensures customer satisfaction.
Absolutely unacceptable communication on service. I was originally told that my car will be ready for pick up same day. I’ve check twice throughout the same with no response and when I called, I was greeted with rude attitude and unhelpful answer saying no idea of my car status, and try again tomorrow.
