While changing my wiper blade inserts the tech cracked one of outer blades making it unusable. He successfully took off Ithe other and changed that blade. So I was charged for a new blade and insert and they don't match. Not the end of the world but definitely the end of my patronage to this dealership.

I went in for a recall fix and the dealership did a full check of my car after that. The tech discovered that my front and rear brakes were corroded by last week’s nor’easter. Service advisor Sean DeSilva did an excellent job as always in managing the repairs.
