Horribly slow and does not matter if you setup and appointment or not. A 30 min job always turns into a 3h job here. Unhelpful agents.
I had torque converter work done, under warranty.
Appointments are not respected at this location. I had a 10:15 am oil change which should run no more than 30 minutes lasted until after 1 in the afternoon. This location has overall poor customer service and unprofessional timeliness. If there was a negative star rating, this location would deserve it. Try a different Honda if you can because the one on Morrisey Blvd has given up on making quality service a part of their goal.
