Good service and people, but their new AI phone answering for service is absolutely garbage. Less likely to book service here if that continues. It’s that bad.
Recently just purchased a '24 Ford F350 from Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. Matt and Luke were extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process. Matt was very kind and knowledgeable about everything. I am very excited about my new purchase and I am thankful for Matt and Luke making it so easy!
