We had a great experience with Clyde. He was great to work with, took his time explaining everything and was not pushy in the least. He kept us updated as needed between the purchase and delivery. The finance process was pretty seamless as well, no hard sells on the extras. Overall we highly recommend seeing Clyde!
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! First of all they will have you book an appointment then when you bring your vehicle in for service it might not be worked on for days and try and convince you to rent a vehicle from Enterprise that just happens to be at their location.On two occasions they had my vehicle for nearly two weeks and both times I went and retrieved my vehicle.I booked an appointment to have the transmission serviced and i called 3 times to confirm the filter was included and they answered in the affirmative.When I... read more

Ever since the original owners sold. Do not buy a vehicle from any Herb Chambers locations. I bought my brand new 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat back in February of 2024. I purchased the specialty additional tire and rim warranty. Along with purchasing the truck it had a standard tire and rim warranty. My tires are complete crap and they rejected my warranty to cover my tire and rims. I am upset that I purchased a scam.
