The customer service was professional. Especially Chris and Jon because I became upset to find out my car needs an engine and the car couldn't be repaired. I am giving only one star because I was not told that I was going to have to pay $597. I was told when I had the car towed there that it would cost $290 for the diagnostics . I asked about the increase from 290 dollars and I was told that they spent 6 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with the engine. I can see from the other reviews that the service department is awful. I guess what can you expect with so many angry customers who have cars with multiple recalls? One of the recalls on my plug in hybrid is it will explode if you plug it in.., really?? I have had so many issues with my car. I started writing all of the problems and it was too long. Just let me tell you their service is as crappy as their cars.

Went in interested in purchasing a Ford Explorer. Planned on paying everything upfront because I don’t have the best credit and didn’t want to get screwed on interest rates, especially since I had the cash to just buy the vehicle up front. While going over pricing and negotiating, the manager came over and tried convincing me that I should take out a loan and finance with a 21% interest rate, which in his words “isn’t bad” because he thought I didn’t know any better. Absolute joke. Scam artists
