Gave me a roundabout on the vehicle, a test drive, and pricing, and wouldn’t accept that other dealers were giving out higher discounts and wouldn't play ball. Would highly recommend Robert at Quincy Ford, much more willing to play ball. I was told they would bring a truck from another dealership so I could do a test drive, I said ok and waited for the 2 days, only to be told to come in and work on paperwork when they didn’t even bring the truck for a test drive. Just purchased a car at this dealership today. I have to say it was the most frustrating car purchase in my lifetime. The salesman did a great job but the dealership isn’t able to accept ach bank transfers so I needed to wait 3 additional days to pick up the vehicle so they could receive my bank loan check. I definitely know where not to go for my next vehicle.
A wonderful group of people who do their job well. Highly recommend.
