I was in the market to buy a car and thought I found it here! This business has THE WORST service I experienced during my car shopping journey, which is already stressful enough. I was the one following up and chasing them to see if things were approved and then get an email saying they need to put the car back on the market. I was traveling from Illinois in my BMW and got a check engine light near Sudbury. Plus, this happened late on a Friday. I called the service team at Herb Chambers and got great service. Jonathan answered the call and worked with the tech team to get me in same day. Then Yordanys Perez worked with the senior technician to check out the warning and fix the problem. Everyone was professional and very customer service oriented. An excellent experience!
I ordered a new key for my car. I picked it up and it was not "linked" to my car. That process should have been completed when I picked up my car. Now I have to make another trip for the parts department to do their job.
I was treated like a dog by the employee at the counter, I placed an order for parts, they delayed more than 15 days, and they did not deliver the parts to me, after that it was another 7 days to have the refund back
