Overall, my experience with the service center was lacking. It started off positively; I arrived about 30 minutes late due to a traffic accident, and was still brought right in to have my brakes replaced. I waited at the dealership, and was quoted a time of 2.5 to 3 hours for the service to be complete. At the 3 hour mark, I texted the service rep who told me it would be about another 20 minutes. Kirill helped me on a chassis function error message. It's a busy day but he kept me notified of the progress. It was caused by some broken sensors still under warranty. He made sure I didn't get charged for the initial diagnosis. Thanks.
