Samik from the Herb Chambers BMW on commonwealth, Ma was very attentive to the service I needed done with my 2012 BMW X3. Although it is old in age the work performed had it purring like a kitten. He also provided a loaner during the duration of service done. I will definitely recommend going to that location and asking for Samik. I also registered my two other BMWs there as well for services. If I can give 10 stars I would. 😌
