The wait for an oil change was extremely long and the car wash was backed up for 40 minutes. Communication on progress was very pooor
Service was prompt, I could wait comfortably and was kept up to date on progress
Horrible experience with Jurell at Herb Chambers. I asked what the service items were for each interval (annual or mileage). Items like oil change, air filter, etc. Jurell would not give me an answer beside “whatever the computer says.” The recall computer upgrade was botched so the XM radio stopped working and the courtesy wash wasn’t done. Excellent service and communication. Scheduling the appt was easy and a service scheduler promptly picked up the phone. The person-to-person contact was much appreciated throughout the service appt. No AI bots - real people. Mark was terrific and the entire process was smooth. I also appreciated the Uber service to get my wife to the dealership.
