I had the worst experience at this dealership. I have them replaced the rear sunshade on my 2023 Alpha Romeo Giulia under factory warranty. After the sunshade was replaced, I started to hear clicking and rattling noise from the headliner which is extremely annoying. I went back for a second time to fix this, but they still couldn't resolve the issue. I ran out of my patience and went to a trusted mechanic, got the problem solved, and paid out of my pocket.
