Rumor has it they are are under new ownership, not a a valid excuse for poor customer service. Since I've had this car I've had work done almost exclusively at Herb Chambers. At 110kmi I asked them to flush the transmission... they said its too late, definitely do not flush the transmission at such high miles. I asked why they didn't recommend to flush it sooner, their response was "its lifetime fluid". The transmission manufacturer's stated service interval is 60k. This review & rating is for the service advisor, Nikolas Gomes, and I'd give him a 6/5 if possible. After having Nikolas assigned to our BMW service a few appointments ago, our experience at BMW of Sudbury was like night and day. Nikolas is responsive, knows how to get things done, and has excellent customer service skills. Now when we schedule service appointments, we try to work with Nikolas every time to ensure smooth service.
Great service and customer support for winter wheel and tire changeover. When I arrived I was informed that the service would take some time so they provided an Uber to take me home and avoid waiting at the dealership. They also provided Uber when the car was ready to be picked up. The actual work was very straightforward and done as promised. Nice that Sudbury BMW is so accommodating and thoughtful.
