Bad service they don’t even answer your phone calls called them about 20 times

My grandfather went in to get info on an item and the guy behind the counter brushed him away and ignored him. He drove from Merced to speak to these people and was treated like trash. I will be calling the main manager or who ever tomorrow. Will also be contacting abc30 about the way he was treated. The elderly should never be treated disrespectfully especially in establishments. Shame on them.
