There are two strong points about State Farm. One is the "Drive Safe and Save" feature that uses a Bluetooth-connected device that records my driving activity and allows me to save on my insurance. The other advantage is that I have been able to cheaply sign up for renter's insurance through State Farm. However, I there are two ways in which they have mishandled my recent claim. They take care of all my insurance needs. Wonderful staff. Friendly, courteous, and always very helpful. I usually always deal with Tammy but in the event that she is out of the office the other girls are always very helpful. Great place to do business !
The best insurance I've worked with. We've had 2 not at fault accidents and they took care of everything. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you from start to finish. It's also my go to place for calendars. :)
