I had a reservation for 6 people. It was supposed to be a birthday celebration. When we arrived there was a sign on the doors stating the restaurant was closed indefinitely. It would have been nice not to mention professional to have gotten a call with this information so other arrangements could be made.
Found a hair in my pizza 🤮🤢 Will not try this place again. Gross. Response to owner: take accountability instead of trying to discredit your customers. Your chefs also wear turtlenecks & long sleeves? What a ridiculous retort to my complaint. Poor customer service attitude Update: they just put their sign up & now it’s closed a few months after opening. Might be a strong possibility in the way the owner treated her customers for her sudden closure. Good riddance.
We had such an incredible experience at Herb and Oven! From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely fantastic—we started with the escargot, Santorini flatbread, and calamari, and every dish was delicious. My husband and I just tried Herb & Oven for the first time and were so happy with the food & service. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Tarpon. Glad to see a more intimate, upscale addition to the community. We will definitely be back soon!
