I had the same experience Chloe had. Ive struggled with mental health for 30 plus years. Dr. YAO diagnosed me with 3 different diagnosis in half an hour, wanted to put me immediately on meds, he didnt listen to me and it felt rushed. When I wrote a review, they were so upset. I have been through many psychiatrists in my life, sometimes to try medications, but mostly because I feel that there is something beyond depression and anxiety, I'm just not sure what. Been going here for 2-3 years. They have been mostly good and the doctor is great but they sent in a script and then tried to cancel it because they wanted payment for appointment. You don’t do that. Super petty behavior by office staff. Long story short… I only got half my script and they were trying to hold the other half for 15 days messing up my dosage schedule. I’ve had a really positive experience with Provider Matheri. He takes the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and explain things in a way that feels helpful and reassuring. I appreciate how thoughtful he is with feedback, medication management, and follow-up. I’ve felt supported, heard, and more confident in my progress.
Heramba mental health was great- until it wasn’t. I was in a car accident and had to miss my appointment. I was STILL charged a no show fee. Fast forward, I reschedule the appointment, have the appointment, and tell Dr. Yao that I stopped the new medication because of side effects and am continuing on what was previously prescribed to me and have been stable with that.
