I bought a Classic for my son and a Brat for me. We have been learning together. The dealer was spot on and very helpful but the parts support from Herald has been terrible. Poor responsiveness, not answering phones and dealers complaining that they cannot get in touch either so we have been left in limbo with a broken throttle cable on my son's Classic rendering it unrideable. I was seriously considering buying a Herald for my daughter as her first bike, but after reading the reviews, it seems that they are as bad, if not worse, than the Chinese imports.

The bike is bad enough as it is but trying to ring up for parts it's absolutely appalling there is never a answer to the phone unless you select the sales option cause obviously they only want to try sell you the pile of scrap rather than help you get parts when it brakes in pieces no wonder there out of stock of most items as every bike they ever sold is braking into pieces just stay far away from these bikes an this company terrible
