Dr Spurge is wonderful my only complaint is they over book and you end up waiting between 1/2 hr to an hour later for your appointment.
My first time here, my previous experience at another clinic made me change to this one. Managed to get all the complications sorted, Herald Avenue Family Practice went above and beyond to accomodate my needs. Will be coming back!
Very disappointed the Dr speaks to my brother about our mum in a derogatory way! Says mum is a pill popper and my brother doesn't need medication because he is just like his mum! Where is the decency in that?
Unfair treatment!
Very bad experience, will not visit this place any more! Different charges to baby with or without medicare card! Why? Why? This is the silly reason that why I cannot get the 100% rebate.
