My first time here, my previous experience at another clinic made me change to this one. Managed to get all the complications sorted, Herald Avenue Family Practice went above and beyond to accomodate my needs. Will be coming back!
Very disappointed the Dr speaks to my brother about our mum in a derogatory way! Says mum is a pill popper and my brother doesn't need medication because he is just like his mum! Where is the decency in that?
Unfair treatment!
Very bad experience, will not visit this place any more! Different charges to baby with or without medicare card! Why? Why? This is the silly reason that why I cannot get the 100% rebate.
Dr Lim is a quality GP who is very professional, friendly and extremely good at his work. Dr Tan is also a quality GP who is very good at his work. I recommend both these gentlemen to anyone wanting and is interested in a quality GP in the Perth Metropolitan area or region. The other reason I patronise this Medical Centre very regularly is because the reception is excellent. They are very professional, kind and understanding, which is fabulous.
