We called to change my nephew’s motorcycle insurance. Kenny answered the phone and was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. He explained the process and patiently answered our questions. He sounded like he was happy to help and asked if he could help us with anything else. Kenny made this a very pleasant business experience, making one want to continue doing business with this agency.
