I had been to this salon a few times before and always had good experiences, but unfortunately my last visit with Robin was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. I booked an appointment to lighten my hair and was very clear that I wanted a warmer tone with low contrast. I specifically booked an appointment with a stylist named Robin, knowing her prices for a partial highlight started at $285, which is higher than the $250 starting price offered by other stylists in the salon. Patsy is the absolute best! I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She takes her time and really makes your hair unique and special! The absolute sweetest soul too, conversation will never get boring with her while in that salon! 🫶
