ROBIN IS MAGIC I’ve literally NEVER walked into this salon and have had a bad experience. I’ve seen the same stylist for years now and it feels like seeing my friends/family when I walk in there. I’ve been going to Robin for over 14 years, she is the only stylist I’ve had and the only stylist that I trust with my hair. I know that when I am in her chair, that I am in good hands, and my hair will always turn out better than expected every time. Robin always makes sure to check in with me and her other clients to make sure that everything is good or if we need anything during appointments. The service at Hera has always been warm and welcoming and nothing but amazing!
I had been to this salon a few times before and always had good experiences, but unfortunately my last visit with Robin was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. I booked an appointment to lighten my hair and was very clear that I wanted a warmer tone with low contrast. Instead, I ended up with very ashy, silver-blonde highlights that weren’t what I asked for.
