I was gifted the VIP package which is not cheap. It’s $131 because yes they make you put down a $30 deposit and charge $1.25 credit card fee.. Not a problem I booked my appointment on February 14 and was seen today February 27 let me start off by saying I drove over an 1 and 10 minutes to get to this location because it did get good reviews on Instagram. On 2/10/24 I decided to treat my wife & I to this “viral” Headspa we had seen on IG. Little did we know, this would be the WORST experience we ever had! But it gets worse when the owner got involved. We got a text in the afternoon around 3pm, that an appointment had cancelled & they were now available to take us at 8:20pm. So we took the opportunity.
