What an amazing experience. Firstly Jackie, who helped me try on so many dresses and being so helpful in offering her ideas without me feeling self conscious. She listened so carefully and reframed my thoughts from “plain and simple” to “classic and elegant”. I could not be happier with Hera! Saina was particularly amazing from the moment I walked in the door but everyone i came across was! I was a plus size bride and filled with anxiety over the whole process but the experience very quickly and seamlessly became a highlight for me. I felt incredible in the dress I chose. I purchased the Hera Couture Oscar gown and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. The Hera team are excellent at what they do. In the first try on appointment they were so helpful and professional. I tried on several different options that they recommended based on what I was looking for. The Oscar gown was COMPLETELY different to the dress I thought I would choose and I'm so glad the Hera ladies encouraged me to try it. The dress was an absolute dream, so comfortable to wear and so much fun.
