Went to Hera for my first bridal fitting. While I didnt end up finding my dream dress, the dresses were GORGEOUS and the staff were extremely lovely and professional. I am extremely lucky to have gone there for my first appointment, as it was very special.
The warmest service and most gorgeous gowns! I wholeheartedly recommend Hera Couture to any brides-to-be!
From the moment I tried on the dress - which was only the second one I ever tried - I knew. I did try on others after that, but honestly? My experience with Hera Couture was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked into the Melbourne pop-up, Laura and the team made me feel so comfortable and supported. Laura really listened to what I was looking for and guided me with such genuine care and expertise. I came to Hera for my wedding back in March 25, I showed them my dream dress and they exceeded my expectations by customising my very own, the team was amazing through out the whole process, very friendly and attentive to any changes and needs. Highly recommend, thank you again team!
