Jocelyn is my stylist and I absolutely love my hairstylist! She always takes the time to listen to what I want and makes sure I leave feeling confident and beautiful. Her talent, attention to detail, and professionalism are amazing. She creates such a welcoming atmosphere and always does an incredible job. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares about her clients!
This salon stays busy, especially in the evenings, so waiting time can be longer than expected. I sat around for almost half an hour before my turn, but the receptionist kept updating me instead of ignoring people. The keratin treatment itself turned out really smooth and my hair feels much easier to manage now, even in humid weather.
Had my services done by Jocelyn she was professional, engaging and she kept me informed throughout the process. I love my hair and would book her again
Today I left this salon fuming on the inside.I've never felt so disrespected by someone doing my hair before and I will just have to find someone else for my hair needs. Jonathan Stewart burns my scalp with a flat iron and I turn to notify him that he hit my scalp. He replies that's the heat and tell me to keep my head straight (as if it were my fault).
