It's an ok store. But their points system is confusing. I made a purchase and used my points. I exchanged and had to pay extra. No where on the original receipt it said I paid a discounted price. Even if I did pay less, I'm only exchanging, why do I have to pay extra? They should just take away the points from my account. I don't get it. I exchanged for the the same thing, same price. Customer service needs improvement. Instead of making customers feel like they're being treated like thieves, the staff should focus on making them feel welcome. When someone is visiting a store for the first time, it's completely normal to walk around and look at everything, that's how people discover new products and get familiar with the store. Responding to owners justification. They might have said hi to me as you claimed but I don’t think they did. Even if they did it wasn’t in a friendly manner. Saying hi to someone with a stone cold facial expression is not welcoming.They made the comment different because I am a different individual that was made beautifully and wonderfully by the almighty. I was in today with my mom (whom is fighting cancer) and both my daughters. I can’t remember the ladies name that assisted us. She was African with piercing's. She was absolutely 100 percent amazing. My mom was so happy with her wig she picked out for her. She brought my mom’s confidence back since loosing her hair to chemo.
