Superb customer service! Rohan and team went above and beyond to provide fantastic service & accommodate all my needs. Great quality products - ended up getting most of my bathroom parts from this store highly recommend.
Hera Bathware Brooklyn were incredible during my renovation. I sourced my bath, toilets, tile inserts, heated towel rails, shaving cabinets, kitchen and butlers pantry sinks and sink protectors. Ordering was simple, as was delivery and/or pick up when I needed things fast. Rohan at Brooklyn was super helpful and always went above and beyond to help me with my orders. Such a great experience.
Hera Bathware has great prices, but what really stood out was how helpful and detail-oriented they were throughout the whole process. They made it so much easier to make the right choices. It was my first time buying LED shaving cabinets and bedroom LED full length mirrors for my future new home build. I enquired about a specific brand and so I was really grateful that Hera Bathware had a showroom which I was able to check it out in person. Although the LED full length mirror was unavailable in the showroom, Hera Bathware were able to obtain my desired product, review features and check size requirements and also add it to my final order.
