Love love Wendy she is very good to talk to and she made me feel very safe and comfortable
Today I called the Long Beach location trying to see if they took my insurance. The lady who picked up the phone (sounded Indian & refused to give her name) was sooo rude. She kept telling me “well, just come in and we check insurance” and I kept trying to explain it’s a telehealth appointment I’m interested in. She hung up on me as I was talking. Extremely rude and disgusting behavior.
Azul and Wendy were so kind and helpful. They made me feel like this is a safe space. I’m thankful for them.
Wendy and Azul were so welcoming and friendly. Obviously OB appointments usually aren’t the most comfortable thing but they definitely helped me feel more at ease. Thank you guys so much!!
The ladies that where at the desk and the ultra sound technician everybody in the office where absolutely lovely ,very understanding and helped me find a way for me to be seen like offering the pregnancy insurance. They where very compassionate understanding maybe not everyone is excited to know they are pregnant but I felt no judgment from them and I really appreciate the welcoming environment 100% would recommend this clinic
