I scheduled a V-Mapping session with Cherra a few weeks ago. I met her at the Fitness Sampler in Blue Ash. She is so caring and nice and made me feel seen and welcome. Cherra was absolutely wonderful during my consultation. Her space is very comfortable and relaxing! She talked me through the whole appoint and what to expect, educated me on my pelvic floor! The whole time I felt relaxed and excited to learn more about my body! She was amazing at the end explaining what she had learned, next steps, and all my options! Very quick to follow up with all of my appointments notes written out the next day!
