Dr Erin Evans is amazing and I felt heard.
The doctors are great but the reception staff are difficult to deal with. Also I think an extra $30 fee just to get a repeat script is excessive.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after my appointment today with Dr. Tanchev (who is fantastic in every way), I felt I had to share. From the friendly reception team, to Dr. Tanchev herself, as well as the lovely pathology nurse, every interaction stood out. Everyone was upbeat, kind, and genuinely happy - it really felt like they enjoy being there and truly care about their patients.
