I’ve always found the doctors here to be excellent, and in the past the reception staff have been kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience today with one particular receptionist was the opposite. She was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful, both when my sister called (while feeling unwell) and again when I followed up on her behalf about a simple Medicare payment query. This Medical Centre is outstanding … from the front desk staff who are just beautiful and nurturing to my incredible GP who I can’t name as I don’t need her any more booked out as she is. I absolutely love this place !!!!
