Dr Briggs was incredible. He made me feel so comfortable and seen and nothing was too much trouble. His knowledge is amazing and he is a credit to this medical centre.
To my doctor Lauren, I spent a lot of my life being dismissed by doctors when I told them I was in pain. It’s been a really exhausting journey. I can’t tell you how many doctors told me “it’s just apart of being a woman” or told me my only option was birth control, even after voicing that I didn’t want to go on it. Unfortunately not impressed with this clinic. I guess I didn’t connect with practitioner …. Don’t want to go too much into detail but I feel it was waste of time and very expensive for a consult. Have since found wonderful support at hubmed where I was listened to. Even better consults are Telehealth and bulk billed. . Sorry her medical I will not be attending again.
This medical centre advertises itself as promoting women's health, but after looking at the practitioners' credentials, most appear to have only an "interest" in women's health rather than specialised expertise. I understand that mistakes can happen in any healthcare setting, but what matters is how they are handled. With very little accountability, poor communication, and no genuine effort to address the issues or restore confidence.
