My wife and I stopped by for brunch Saturday 9/19/26 We were informed by friends that we needed to get by there to give this place a try. My first experience was not the very best. Our server was kind but the energy from the other server was filling the place with a negative energy. The dish was good but started off a little salty with the Grits. I combined the grits with the hash browns to absorb some of the saltiness. The atmosphere was a little cold and dark. The tables and chairs were metal which took away from a more comfortable environment. The wall decor was beautiful and appropriate for the Cajun theme. I was seated facing the windows and the glare at dinner time 6.30ish was very uncomfortable. Please get better blinds to control this. The overall noise in the dining area was unnerving to me as well as the loud music. We could hardly carry on a conversation with ease and the music wasn’t “dining” friendly. The customer service aspect phenomenal. Upon walking thru door even tho extremely busy all employees who passed made verbal contact. The meal was outstanding had po boy , red beans rice w/chicken and her majesty dinner. Brison our server was on point all night awesome service young man. Entertainment made vibe right on a Saturday evening. Look forward to returning.
