Called the store to make sure they were open and received an automated message that shared the hours of operation....Mon-Sat 11-7pm.. Not true!!! After taking the trip there on a Thursday (430pm), I discovered the location CLOSED.. I don't know how, or if you can verify that they are open before taking the time to go purchase in person - so don't bother..
Honestly, I am very disappointed. I’ve bought from this company for years so I am very surprised at how bad the quality of the hair has become. I do not recommend
Brought their studio bundles in their Brooklyn store. The bundles weren’t full all the way through the ends. The wefts were big. My install came out super bulky I removed it the next day.
By far this hair is one of the best hair hands down
I purchased their Studio Bundle deal 20"-22"-24". The quality of the hair isn't that great. It's equivalent to bundles from a beauty supply store and it's not like their premium bundles at all. The wefts are a bit thick for a flat, middle part sew in style. I stopped by their store on Quincy Ave in Brooklyn many times and their customer service is A+. I ordered my hair online and their customer service was just the same, amazing. Super fast and reliable shipping. Packaging was as expected. Overall, I recommend HerImports.
