I ordered an 18 inch frontal and received a 12 inch closure. When I repotted this I was told they would handle the issue that was 2 months ago. Don’t waste your money!!!!

The store owner or manager is a thief. She lied about the quality the hair. She gave me bad hair and said it was premium and charged me so much money. Be carful with your cards, she made a copy of my credit card which Is considered a fraud and identity theft. I had to change my card number immediately. I hope some One reports them and shut the store down. If there was a zero rating Zero would Have given them zero.

I’m very disappointed in this herimport because I bought hair here and it turned out to be bad . Herimport is stealing preople’s money and they are lying to you about the hair. I bought deep body weave from them, did it on Friday and the next day the hair looks like straight hair and very like plastic. DONT BUY ANY HAIR FROM THEM. NOTHING FROM THEM😡😡😡😡 I would give this website ZERO rating.

Mia, has professional phone manner and when you see her in person! very poor body language!! I left the place without buying! becasue I just DO NOT want to give my money for this kind of customer servies. I think Mia you can do better than this!! If she gets body language and professional approach training to her customers. Thank you.
