I had Roto-rooter come out to my rental for an estimate on a gas leak. They wanted OVER $3000 cause they said they needed to “cut a whole in the wall to reach the pipe” Her was recommended through word of mouth by my coworker and they did it for $1300. More than HALF of another company. They did have to disassemble the furnace and remove a door, but they put it back better than how it was to begin with! I cannot be happier! Was sent to my home by home warranty company for a leak in the shower drain and a possible clog in the kitchen. The slow running drain resolved itself and was draining fine before they showed up. They walked in my front door and said “oh this house definitely has a gas leak!” I said “ wait, you’re here for a shower leak and a possible clog.” He said “oh I guess it’s not a gas leak”.
