Fun classes for all skills and experience levels and Angela is amazing in making sure you feel empowered at all time! A great space for females to work out in a non threatening environment. Ange provides great classes and creates routines to suit the individual needs of all clients. She has challenged me and supported me since I started 12 months ago. I have made great progress and feel so much better within myself. I look forward to the variety of classes I attend each week.
