I had the same experience as another recent customer. I came here on a Sunday about two weeks ago. The hours said the store was open. I drove from Katy to Humble to purchase hair from this business which is almost an hour drive. I got there and the sign said opened. I went to the door and it was locked. I called the number on Google which is the same number on the actual building & it was apparently out of service. Honor your hours, change them, or put notice on door if you are going to be absent. Went around 10am today, no one was there and gated door was up. Came back prob an hour, hour and a half later and still the same.
I was not meant to even be in the area when i found this store but Im so happy I did! I popped into this hair store after purchasing some gasoline next door to the store. I saw the most beautiful color of extensions. I asked the owner Zena about the length and prices of the colored hair. Unfortunately, I needed a different pattern of hair that was available in the wonderful color that was displayed. However, Zena explained that she did the color. And that if I purchased the bundle, she would color the hair at a reasonable price. The hair is so nice. I got 30inchs of loose wave bundles for prom and once it was installed, it looked amazing. I would definitely recommend going here for bundles. Also the store itself is inviting and the interior is so pretty.
