As other members have testified, even a simple request for cancellation ,and then a refund of *hundreds of dollars* worth of faulty charges has had Gymvmt force me to take time out of my schedule MULTIPLE TIMES to run in circles in person and over the phone and be left without a cancellation, refund, or answers. Women’s gym forever.
I was recommending this gym to a lot pf people, but will be doing the opposite now, the management don't know what is customer service and they don't try to assist or help, won't send you any reminders before taking an annual fee that we all forget about until you find the surprise on your account, when you ask for this money to be used to pay for the cancellation fee they won't accept although the money was taken on 29th November and you noticed it and asked for it to be used for cancellation fee on the 2nd of December, the... read more
A lot of hidden fees, won't get any reminders of upcoming major yearly payments, they don't know the notion of commercial gesture or customer service. Do not recommend been a member for more than a year and recommended to a lot of ended up joining too but not anymore.
