I went to this location just wanting to try the 7-day free trial. Instead, I was pressured into sitting through a long membership sales pitch and somehow ended up being signed up for a membership I did not want. It was confusing and frustrating because all I wanted was to see if the gym was a good fit for me first. After going back and firmly insisting, they did finally cancel the membership and switch me back to the free trial, and I was told I won’t be charged. Not disabled person friendly, even if they say they are. Honestly, it was nothing but issues since the beginning. From the person who I was supposed to meet to go through the sign-up process not even showing up to the meeting, to the person who took over signing me up not giving me all the information so I could make an informed decision, to them not taking credit card payments (they will have direct access to your bank account for payments), to them forcing a disabled person to come in person to cancel the membership to "ge... read more
I love going to this gym, the trainers are exceptional, group classes and training sessions 100% recommend!
The worst gym ever dont go here they steal your money… I have asked them to cancel my membership after one year and they asked me to write and sign for them which I did and later for 2 months they kept on charging me and when asked they put all the blame on me that the membership has not been cancelled the worst worst gym i ever had to and the managers are literally so bad that they dont know how to tackle with their guests at all. Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Experience Over Two Years I’m beyond frustrated with this gym. I came in multiple times trying to cancel my membership, and every time I was met with confusion and staff who clearly had no idea what they were doing or what the proper cancellation procedure was. I explained myself over and over, kept being told different things, and was reassured it would be taken care of. And yet — nothing.
