I would not recommend this gym. After being a loyal member for over 15 years, I expected honesty, transparency, and respect. Instead, I left feeling that long-term member loyalty meant very little. The personal trainers are excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients. I am extremely disappointed with the deceptive sales practices and terrible customer service at GYMVMT. As someone new to Canada, I clearly explained to the staff that I was unfamiliar with how local gym contracts operate. I relied completely on them to explain the terms, costs, and commitments honestly before I signed anything. Instead of transparency, I was misled into a Pre-Authorized Debit agreement. Is it ever difficult to change cancel or transfer a membership, corrosive and coersive ways to sign on new agreements and not honouring cancelling even when requested multiple times, not atall happy with customer service
