I tried a few classes and don’t think I’ll be going back. The atmosphere is very cozy, with low lighting and plants everywhere, and the other attendees were very welcoming. However, I didn’t find the classes beginner friendly. The instructors rushed through the exercises, and I had to keep asking them to show me the moves. Ive taken several classes here and love the vibe. The space and community are soo sweet and welcoming. I've taken Yvette's class several times and love her style. She kicks my ass every time, but in the best way possible, and she has the sweetest Frenchie! I will definitely be back!
I've been really enjoying the classes by Soul Wave Holistic here. Sound work is something I've been drawn to for a long time, and these sessions have been incredibly grounding and comforting.
