Their prices are way too high for the quality of services provided. One of my braids unraveled about 2 hrs after getting it done. Can you say amateur??! I understand mistakes happen but, after making them aware of the issue it was no sense of remorse or concern. This happened on a Thursday and I was told to come in on Saturday for it to be corrected!? Unacceptable!!
