If I could leave this office with no stars I would, my fiancé hasn’t been seen in almost 2 months due to front office rescheduling and not confirming appointments. She’s half way through her pregnancy. We decided to leave office and now it’s been over a week and they still have yet to fax her paperwork over to her new OB. But they made sure to lie and send a message on the patient portal claiming they did.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bernstein for over 10 years and would highly recommend her. While I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning the front office staff, that has never been my experience. I base my ratings primarily on the quality of care provided—and in that regard, Dr. Bernstein and Crystal are truly exceptional. Ladies. DO NOT GO TO THIS ,"Dr." My wife went here with high hopes to get help with an endometriosis diagnosis after years and years of cysts on ovaries to be completely Ignored and receptionists actually hung up when we both called to get updates after visit.

I came here as a young first time momma. My mom had recommended me to Dr. Bernstein bec she found issues w her and helped. Yall these appts were so fast compared to my old ob. Not rushed, but not all the unneeded wait time. Bernstein is amazing and when I was worried about my baby being underweight she told me I’d probs have a healthy 6 pound baby and she was right !
