It has taken me a while to decide to share my review and experience with this office. Initially I was a transfer into this office due to my then doctor not seeing patients after a certain term in their pregnancy. I’d found this office online and was super excited. If I could leave 0 stars. I indeed would. Ive been visiting this facility for years But as soon as my insurance changes and they no longer provide svc to my insurance is when the problems started. I came in for a check up— and to be quite honest when I was told they no longer took my insurance I should have turned around rather than paying out of pocket to be seen. This OB office was referred to me by Texas Health. I called this office looking to find a new OBGYN. I gave the receptionist a bit of information about my medical history. I told her that I am pregnant, but I may have an ectopic pregnancy. I asked if they had any upcoming availability, and I told her that I would be a self pay patient. The receptionist told me that she would have to speak to someone to get a quote of how much I would pay at my appointment. She said she would call me back.
