$270 anklet lasted 1 day before falling off while I was wearing it. Went into Newtown store to ask about a replacement, wasn’t even offered an apology or acknowledgment apart from you can buy another one with 15% off. They said they would email or contact via phone, I have heard nothing. I’d shop elsewhere in future. It looks so beautiful but for that price, if it doesn’t last 🤷♀️
I've been buying jewellery here for 3 years. I wear my pieces everyday (even in the shower) and they have not broken, tarnished or discoloured (for reference my pieces are 14k Rose Gold). The staff are always friendly and willing to help us find the perfect piece.
I have two necklaces from this shop and they are both sterling silver and looked really nice when I purchased. However they both turnished after one year of using. They don’t last so long. Pretty disappointed.
I found the customer service to be great, Rikaya? , however after looking further at jewelry designs, I'm not convinced the stock is unique or hand made. The owner is not the friendliest person to deal with . I have found same designs elsewhere much cheaper and identical.
