Love the designs and the aesthetics of the pieces. The team focuses on getting you exactly the stone/look you're after. This is greatly appreciated. I have however had 1 earring fall off and bought a replacement for $195 which I'm worried it will fall off any day. I have also had a $400 bracelet fall off and lost recently.. Now I'm not sure if the pieces are sturdy enough especially with hinge mechanisms.
I got served by a very knowledgeable and helpful woman name Chloe. She was very clear about price and how long it would take. The product is only as good as the service you receive. Outstanding.
Bought a little opal pendant that I loved, it somehow broke and a section of the opal missing within a few weeks.. I understand opals can break but I enquired many, many times if it could be repaired or if they recommend I do anything, not asking for a freebie - absolutely no reply. Zero response. What a shame.
