This review is for Studio Seven which is a vendor inside of Her Avenue. Typically, I would not leave a review like this, but due to the lack of communication and lack of acknowledgement from the service technician, I felt this was necessary. I had the most beautiful facial with Hana at Her Avenue. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable, respected, and safe in her space. Getting beauty treatments these days can feel a bit daunting with so many different opinions and judgments out there, but Hana completely took those worries away. Her calm, caring energy and attention to detail made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and truly cared for — couldn’t recommend her more
Unfortunately my experience here didn’t go to plan. I had a lash lift done and within 24hrs the lash lift had completely dropped. During the appointment it was mentioned I had slightly thicker lashes so the solution will be left on a bit longer, I messaged the day after the lash lift and sent photos advising the lift had completely dropped and the only solution offered was for the next time I book in extra time will be booked out to keep the solution on longer therefore paying for the whole service again.
