This has been my best car buying experience. Richard knew the cars he is selling and could answer all my questions. There was no pressure to purchase or a limit on the time he was willing to spend explaining all I needed to know. It is not a flashy garage or showroom and having visited a few of those recently I was pleasantly surprised at the welcome from all of the staff and the way in which they conducted their business. I have bought six vehicles from Hepworth over the last 15 years. I highly comment their friendly approach, taking you through a variety of car options, payment plans and aftersales service. Would highly recommend.
The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Mr. Richard just ignored every email I sent, a few days ago I asked when he would have time to discuss the car I was interested in and after 5 days still nothing! I do not recommend!!!
Picked up my 4 car from Patrick and Richard. Gone for a karando this time. It is the best car I ever had. As usual the service was excellent. Would highly recommend purchasing from these guys. Gary who looks after the service side goes out of his way to help with any issues you my have.
