I brought them all my documents and instead of focusing on what I had and whether my case was strong or not, they gave me generic advice that I had already gotten from a free bono program and ChatGPT. Waste of time and money.
I scraped together enough money to hire this firm to represent me in a family dispute, while going through the hardest time of my life. While I felt that nearly $2000 was steep to simply have an attorney write an email, I had no choice. When I was told they would send me a very small amount back, Michael Hepworth made me feel like less than a person for needing such a small amount of $, even telling me how nice it was to be rich. What a privileged life to look down on others while taking advantage of them.
I was faced with a situation that I’d never experienced in my life. I walked away from my meeting with Hepworth with tremendous peace and confidence that I had chosen the right people to help me. Wonderful experience with great people.
We were dealing with a frustrating situation with our landlords and Michael was very helpful ensuring they were held accountable and treat us fairly. I highly recommend this agency! They have been very communicative and always replied quickly to any questions I had leading up to the consultation. I was worried a 30 minute consultation wouldn't help very much but Michael made the most of our time and gave us advice on how to deal with this situation in the future as well.
